Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1) Monthly Management Reporting 2) Consolidation Account 3) Participate in monthly closing 4) Prepare costing and adjustments 5) Monitoring accounts receivables and reconciliation 6) Monitoring Accounts Payable and reconciliation 7) Fixed Assets Management 8) Cash-flow reporting 9) Bank and cash reconciliation 10) AR and credit review 11) Tax and Audit 12) Lead the annual audit process 13) Review quarterly SST submission 14) Local Tax matters 15) Projects Accounting 16) Participate in continuous process improvements and formalization 17) Improve internal controls and implement policies 18) Assist in Go Listing Practice 19) Ad-hoc assignments : Any other ad-hoc projects requested by management JOB REQUIREMENTS : 1) At least 3 years of audit experience or 5 years of commercial experience 2) Has had experience leading or co-leading team 3) Familiar with local tax requirements and local tax reporting 4) Experience working with ERP system will be an advantage 5) Team play and able to work independently in startup 6) Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya 7) Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent If you are interested , kindly send your resume to farahnadia@rites.com.my
